Freya has survived loss many times over. She has found a peace in the world in her community of Abnorms. When the Society comes in and takes that peace, her peace, she realizes the only way to get it back is to fight. She has fought off the use of her powers long enough. She finds allies, old friends, and new to help her do what needs to be done. The enemies are relentless and running on fear.
